Shikoku has developed wide-ranging agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, making use of the island's complex topography, with horticulture, vegetables, flowers, and fruits such as citrus produced indoors and outdoors and aquaculture in the sea and along the coast, along with forestry and livestock production. This course carries out education and research with the aim of developing basic research and applied technology in plant and animal production and their management.
