It is possible to be admitted by a Faculty or a Graduate School as an auditor with or without receiving credit in order to audit one or more subjects. You can audit as many subjects as you want.
To apply
You are advised to go through the Faculty office where you want to study.
Application Requirements
Applicants must be of a nationality other than Japanese and must satisfy one of the following requirements:
- have completed twelve years of school education overseas before or by the end of March in the year of admission or the equivalent of such education as recognized by the Japanese Minister of Education, Science, Sports and Culture
- have an International Baccalaureate Diploma and be over eighteen years of age,
- Pass the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students administered by the Association of the International Education, Japan before application.
