Ehime University students，members of the Leader’s School (ELS) and Student Campus Volunteers (SCV)，helped with the annual national charity fund-raising drive‘24-hour TV 32’. The theme this year was’Start! Let’s begin with one step’. This year 46 students helped with the booth and collected donations throughout Matsuyama city. At the booth people in the community could stop by to donate and write down on paper what they wanted to begin. The papers were then posted on a large panel with‘START’written in large letters. Some 700 people participated in the event with donations and posting their plans. The students had a chance to meet members of the local community and felt very happy to have helped with the event.
