In particular, with regard to the improvement of selection methods, the Center is in the process of promoting the spread of a multifaceted and comprehensive selection process that evaluates applicants&#8217; daily learning outcomes and activity efforts. <br\/>The Center will continue to enhance its activities with the aim that such entrance examinations will contribute to the improvement Human Resource Development Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Center for Human Resource Development for the Next Generation, established in April 2024, will utilize the resources and initiatives of Ehime University&#8217;s industry-government-academia collaboration as a &#8220;regional center of knowledge&#8221; for all generations, and contribute to the development of next-generation human resources who will be responsible for the sustainable development of the region and collaborative high school and university education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">mission<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul
