Dot e Folio” was born in 2013 as a renamed version of “Line,” which was first published in 1999. The word “folio” is derived from “full of live information on Ehime University,” meaning that it delivers full of live information on Ehime University.
As an academic center in the local community, Ehime University is committed to disseminating information on its educational and research activities, and to actively promoting the effective use of the University’s intellectual resources in cooperation with the local community.
By providing a wealth of information on the university through its PR magazine, Ehime University aims to contribute to the creation and development of local culture and to create a university that is loved and respected by the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Social media is a generic term for Facebook, X, YouTube, LINE, and other services that use the Internet to facilitate communication among users.

    These guidelines apply to the use of social media by Ehime University faculty, staff, and students, whether public or private.

    1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
      \u30fbObide by the laws and regulations of Japan, Ehime University’s various regulations, and the laws and regulations of the country in which the service is provided overseas, as well as international laws and regulations.

    2. Respect for human rights

      \u30fb Do not transmit content that is slanderous, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive to public order and morals.
      \u30fb Contents related to personal information, portraits, privacy, etc. of others must be sent out only after obtaining the consent of the person concerned or related parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Do not send false, uncertain, or misleading information that may damage the reputation and credibility of yourself or Ehime University.

      Do not send out information that is thoughtless and careless, and confirm the content of the information before sending it out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Confidentiality
      \u30fb Do not disseminate information requiring confidentiality that you have learned in the course of your student life or duties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Privacy Protection
      \u30fb Recognize that once information is transmitted over the network, it cannot be completely deleted.
      Set appropriate privacy settings according to the purpose of use of the various services.
      Appropriate anti-virus measures, log-in names and passwords must be managed for the terminals used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      \u30fb When using the service after identifying yourself as a faculty member, staff member, or student of Ehime University, or when disseminating information about Ehime University, you must clearly state that the content of your transmission is your personal opinion and does not represent the position or views of Ehime University.
