Precautions Related to Certificate Issuance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please read the precautions carefully before issuing a certificate. We will contact you if there are any deficiencies. If we are unable to contact you, the issuance of the certificate will be delayed. Please understand this in advance. How to apply for a certificate<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ehime University accepts certificate applications at the counter or by mail. *Please note that we do not accept applications by phone, fax, or e-mail. There is no fee for issuing certificates<\/strong>, but applicants are responsible for postage (stamps) when sending certificates<\/strong> by mail. If it is difficult for the applicant to receive the certificate in person, a proxy can apply for and receive the certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application at the counter<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Please submit an application for a certificate at the counter. To verify your identity, please present identification documents when you apply for the certificate and when you pick it up at the counter at a later date. If you wish to receive the certificate by mail, please submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope at the time of application. *Please read here<\/a> if you wish to use a copy of your health insurance card for an application by proxy.<\/p>\n\n\n

However, please note that it will take more time if the application is made on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, during the Bon Festival, or during the year-end and New Year holidays, or if any of the required documents are incomplete or not filled in, or if there are items to be confirmed.*Simultaneous issuance is not available, so please apply well in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n
