Withdrawal Procedures<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. If you intend to withdraw from the university, please be sure to fully consult with your guarantor and academic advisor (e.g., faculty member in charge of student life).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Please pick up an “Application for Withdrawal” at the following reception counter and fill in the required information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Please obtain the signature of the guarantor on the “Application for Withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Please meet with your academic advisor (faculty member in charge of student life, etc.) and obtain his\/her opinion and signature on the “Application for Withdrawal” form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Please obtain a seal of confirmation of tuition payment on the “Application for Withdrawal” at the tuition office below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Scholarship recipients must apply in advance at the Student Life Support Division.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Please submit an “Application for Withdrawal” to the reception desk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u25c6If a student wishes to withdraw, he\/she must have paid the tuition for the semester.\u25c6If you have books on loan, please return them to the library counter.<\/p>\n\n\n
