Issuance of student ID card<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u3000Your student ID card is an important piece of identification that proves that you are a student of Ehime University. You are required to carry it with you at all times, as it is necessary for issuing various certificates, taking examinations, using the library and the Media Center, etc., and purchasing student discounts and commuter passes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes on Student ID<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u3000It may not be loaned or transferred to others.\u3000Please notify us immediately if there are any changes in the information.\u3000In case of loss or damage, please contact the office immediately for reissue.\u3000If you leave the university before the expiration date due to graduation, withdrawal, expulsion, etc., please be sure to return the certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renewal of Student ID Card Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u3000Students who have had their graduation\/completion postponed due to a leave of absence or retention must follow the procedures for renewal of their student ID card as follows (Renewal must be done every academic year.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
