The characteristics of &#8220;semi-regular education&#8221; are as follows. The characteristics of &#8220;semi-regular education&#8221; are that (1) students are given more autonomy than in regular education, and (2) faculty members are responsible for the content of the activities and provide appropriate guidance. In &#8220;quasi-regular education,&#8221; student initiative is particularly emphasized and is expected to be of great benefit to students during their studies and after graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/co-curricular.iess.ehime-u.ac.jp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">For more information, click here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ehime University Leaders School (ELS)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The philosophy of ELS is &#8220;to produce student leaders who contribute to the revitalization of the university and the creation of society by acting responsibly to achieve the goals of the organization.&#8221; By developing and supporting student leaders and potential future leaders, we aim for their personal growth and the revitalization of the university with students at its core.
