You can start this sport even if you have no experience.<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Free climbing is a simple sport in which climbers climb rock walls using only their hands and feet. Although it tends to give the impression of being hard, balance and flexibility are more important than great strength. For this reason, many women enjoy this sport, and even those with no sports experience or weak strength can enjoy it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>Practice is held on the university&#8217;s 4-meter-high artificial wall. Here, various &#8220;challenges&#8221; are set up so that you can challenge yourself at your own level.
