Whistleblowing at Ehime University<\/h2>\n\n

Ehime University has established a Whistleblower Consultation Service in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and the Regulations Concerning the Handling of Whistleblowing at Ehime University National University Corporation.For more information on the Whistleblower Protection System, please refer to the following website of the Consumer Affairs Agency.<\/p>\n\n

Scope of informants<\/h4>\n\n

We accept reports and consultations from employees and former employees of Ehime University (within one year of retirement), temporary workers and former temporary workers working under the direction and orders of Ehime University (within one year of termination of dispatch), workers engaged in work at Ehime University under contract or other agreements with Ehime University and former such workers (within one year of termination of such agreements), directors of entities engaged in work at Ehime University under contract or other agreements with Ehime University, and officers of Ehime University. The University accepts reports and consultations from directors of businesses that perform work for Ehime University under contract or other agreements with Ehime University, and from directors of Ehime University.<\/p>\n\n

Subject of report or consultation<\/h4>\n\n

The “occurrence or potential occurrence of organizational or individual violations of laws and regulations at Ehime University,” and accepts reports informing it of certain facts and consultations inquiring as to whether such acts constitute violations of laws and regulations.Please note that general inquiries, opinions, complaints, etc. do not fall under this category, and should be directed to the respective department in charge.<\/p>\n\n

We will ensure that whistleblowers will not be treated unfavorably because of their reporting. In the unlikely event of any disadvantageous treatment, the President will take measures to recover.<\/p>\n\n
