A delegation including Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Pham Quang Hieu from the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan and Mr. Tran Ngoc Tam, Chairman of Ben Tre Provincial People\u2019s Committee, visited President Nishina Hiroshige on June 27, 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of the meeting, President Nishina gave a welcome speech, followed by greetings from Mr. Pham Quang Hieu and Mr. Tran Ngoc Tam. In his greeting, Chairman Tam mentioned the importance of human resource development for Vietnamese people, and expressed his high expectations for strengthening relations in the areas of high-level human resource development, especially in the fields of education and joint research. He also expressed a desire to further exchange views on human resource development to address environmental, fisheries, and agricultural issues in Ben Tre Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ehime University will further promote mutual exchanges in various fields such as student exchange and joint research with Vietnam and Ben Tre Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
