The major advantage of this system is that it allows the university to effectively utilize its human resources and research and development capabilities. (Separate agreements will be concluded.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A patent right may be exclusively practiced by a private institution, etc. or a person designated by the private institution, etc. for a certain period of time. However, this term may be renewed as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special Tax Credit System for Experiment and Research Expenses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this system, when a private company conducts joint research with a university, a certain percentage of the special testing and research expenses incurred by the private company can be deducted from the amount of corporate tax (income tax).
