PIM2018 International Symposium, which will be our 16th year, will be held as follows. Leading researchers will give special talks in this symposium.

With a view to making Matsuyama a global epicenter of biosciences and biotechnology-based business and shifting the business trend from silicon to protein, the first Automated Protein Synthesizer was constructed here and given the name PIM, which stands for Protein-Island-Matsuyama.
