Hello. We are the Ehime University Choir Group.
We have chorus three times a week after classes and on holidays. We practice every day, not only enjoying music, but also cherishing the sense of accomplishment of creating a single work together.
In addition to our regular rehearsals, we also hold events such as training camps, where our members, who are rich in individuality in each of the soprano, alto, tenor, and bass parts, enjoy themselves to the fullest when playing and concentrate when practicing, creating a well-balanced atmosphere.
Although the number of members is small for a university choir (about 30), the group has achieved excellent results at the annual All Japan Chorus Competition and has participated in many national competitions. The choir has been practicing to improve its performance by making the most of its past experience.
We also hold a regular concert every December to present the results of the year’s work.
This year, the 72nd Regular Concert of Ehime University Choir is scheduled to be held on December 13, 2026 at the Cultural Hall (Camelia Hall) of the Matsuyama City General Community Center. In addition to choral pieces, the concert will feature a stage planned with staged performances and other highlights.
