ice hockey club
No Ice! No Life!
It all started with ……WINGS!
Many of you may be thinking, “Ehime plays ice hockey? Many people may think, “But there are people who play ice hockey in Ehime, too! It has a strong image of being a northern sport,
It is not a major sport in Ehime, but people who like ice hockey get together to play.
Ice hockey is not often televised in Ehime, and many people have never seen ice hockey live. So, I will talk a little about the charm of ice hockey. In a word…. The power of the game! That’s right. The sound of edges cutting the ice echoing around the rink! The speed of the puck! You can’t feel the speed on the ice that you can’t feel on land!
And above all, the body-to-body contact unique to ice hockey, which is known as “martial arts on ice”! It’s just so cool!
Currently, we have 18 players and 6 managers, for a total of 24 members, all of whom get along well with each other. We also have fun at the launch of tournaments and at drinking parties for each event.
Ehime University’s ice hockey club has a long history and has competed in the Intercollegiate Hockey Championships, and all members of the club practice daily with the goal of competing in the championships.
If you are at all interested, please feel free to come and visit us (^o^).
