A delegation including Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Pham Quang Hiew from the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan and Mr. Tran Ngoc Tam, Chairman of Ben Tre Provincial People’s Committee, visited President Nishina Hiroshige on June 27, 2023
At the beginning of the meeting, President Nishina gave a welcome speech, which was followed by greetings from Mr. Pham Quang Hiew and Mr. Tran Ngoc Tam. In his greeting, Chairman Tam mentioned the importance of human resource development for Vietnamese people, and expressed his high expectations for strengthening relations in the areas of high-level human resource development, especially in the fields of education and joint research, and his desire to further exchange views on human resource development to address environmental, fishery, and agricultural issues in Ben Tre Province.
Ehime University will further promote mutual exchanges in various fields such as student exchange and joint research with Vietnam and Ben Tre Province.
