【Winnning Comment from Sutjaripan Boonmee】
I am Thai student belonging to Plant Biochemistry Laboratory under Professor Hisashi KATO. I am studying in the plant biochemistry research, my current research is interesting and can be applied as new alternative weed management strategy for sustainable agriculture by minimizing the use of chemical herbicides in crop fields. I had an opportunity to attend in the 8th World Congress of Allelopathy which was held at Marseille, France during 24-28, July 2017. This is an honor for me to be selected for “Third Prize for RICE AWARD for Outstanding Oral Presentation” in that conference. Being an awardee in the conference, it gives me immense motivation to continue my research to achieve my academic goals. In addition, it tells me to keep trying and continue to learn, and it is always worthy. I would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank Professor KATO for his scholastic guidance as well as International Allelopathy Society for recognizing my achievements and for giving me the reward.
