At the symposium, eight invited researchers from Japan and abroad delivered lectures on cutting-edge technology in the field of protein research, which is essential to bioresearch and bio-industry, followed by lively Q&A sessions. Between lectures, poster presentations by young researchers, and exhibition booths provided by sponsor companies attracted participants. Approximately 110 people attended the symposium, including representatives from universities and corporations, and graduate students.
On the day prior to the symposium, a “PIM Gathering of young researchers” was held, where the next generation of researchers promoted exchange through oral and poster presentations.
