In case you are not accepted for the school recommendation type selection, you can apply for the general selection.

Applicants who have passed the School Recommendation Type Selection will not be considered as successful applicants even if they take the General Selection. However, this does not apply to applicants who, under special circumstances, have received permission from the head of the school that recommended them to the university to submit a “Notification of Withdrawal of Admission” to the university by the designated date.
